Polystyrene concrete

• Hard inflammable (group G1), can be applied at construction of buildings of I category of fire resistance and class of fire-safe CO, i.e. up to 25 floors inclusive.

• Perfectly keeps heat (reduces expenses for heating), has high frost resistance and sound insulation!

• It is ecologically safe!

• At construction from polystyrene concrete blocks (as against a brick) – economy of cement solution up to 70 %.

• High adaptability to manufacture of construction: blocks are easily sawn, nailed and dismantled, that increases speed of building of walls and partitions in 10 times (one block replaces 17 bricks).

• At construction you do not need use heavy load-lifting technical equipment (transport charges and terms of construction are reduced).

JSC Enrgoplast makes and offers for realization effective constructional-thermal isolation small-pieces wall blocks from foam concrete and polystyrene concrete (foam concrete, which is filled by polystyrene granule in diameter of 3-8 mm).

Blocks are used for a laying of external, internal walls and partitions in buildings of civil and public purpose with relative humidity of air in premises up to 60 %.

On heat conductivity 10 sm of blocks replace 25 sm of a brick. Factor of heat conductivity Ê=0,2 W/(m•Ê).

Blocks in the size 100õ300õ600 mm (density 600 kg/m3):

  • Volume of the block - 0,018 m3;
  • Quantity of blocks in 1 m3-56 pieces;
  • Weight of one block - 14,5 kg;
  • Durability - 10-20 kg/sm2.

  • Sphere of application:

  • Partitions in premises;
  • Thermal isolation of brick walls inside of premises;
  • Walls of subsidiary premises, individual garages, etc. with a facing from the outside by brick/

Blocks in the size 200õ300õ600 mm (density 800 kg/m3)

  • Volume of the block - 0,036 m3;
  • Quantity of blocks in 1 m3 -28 pieces;
  • Weight of one block - 29 kg;
  • Durability - 20-35 kg/sm2.


Sphere of application:

  • Constructional - thermal isolation walls in low-rise building with a facing from the outside by brick;
  • Constructional - thermal isolation walls in subsidiary premises, individual garages without a facing by brick.

From the outside blocks require protection against a moisture by processing waterproof paints or enamels.
